Judge Goldberg was voted the Best State Court Judge by the readers of the Colorado Lawyer Law Week in 2023. Judge Goldberg was appointed to the bench in 2015, and has presided over a broad range of civil, criminal, and domestic relations cases. Prior to his appointment to the bench, Judge Goldberg was the managing partner for the Moscow office of Holme Roberts & Owen, P.C., and a shareholder with the law firm of Greenberg Traurig, LLP. He was consistently listed in Best Lawyers in America and Colorado Super Lawyers. 

As a practitioner, Judge Goldberg tried numerous multi-week, multi-jurisdictional trials and arbitrations involving a broad range of business, banking, real estate, construction, intellectual property and employment disputes. Judge Goldberg has been a frequent presenter at CLE seminars and judicial conferences, an instructor at the nationwide Greenberg Traurig Skills Academy, and a faculty member at the National Institute for Trial Advocacy for more than 30 years.
