David Goldberg is a Denver District Court judge. Judge Goldberg was appointed to the bench in 2015, and has presided over a broad range of civil, criminal, and domestic relations cases. Prior to his appointment to the bench, Judge Goldberg was the managing partner for the Moscow office of Holme Roberts & Owen, P.C., and a shareholder with the law firm of Greenberg Traurig, LLP.
As a practitioner, Judge Goldberg tried numerous multi-week, multi-jurisdictional trials and arbitrations involving a broad range of business, banking, real estate, construction, and employment disputes. Judge Goldberg has lectured at CLE seminars, judicial conferences, the Greenberg Traurig Skills Academy, and the National Institute for Trial Advocacy. Judge Goldberg was voted Best Colorado State Court Judge by Law Week in 2023, and is consistently listed in Best Lawyers in America and Colorado’s Super Lawyers.
