Regretfully, Jim R. Carrigan, our colleague of 14 years, former US District Court Judge, Justice of the Colorado Supreme Court, Colorado State Court Administrator, Regent of the University of Colorado just to name a few of his many accomplishments passed away on August 15, 2014 at his home in Boulder after a series of strokes. Jim is survived by his wife Bev, 6 children and multiple grandchildren.
