As the humanitarian crisis in Eastern Europe continues to unfold, the Judicial Arbiter Group will match judge and staff contributions up to $4000 a month to organizations supporting the Ukrainian relief effort.
The Judicial Arbiter Group celebrated with a Mini Art Retreat on August 27-28 at the ART Hotel Denver.
His election occurred in August 2021, by the vote of the membership of NADCP.

Former District Court Judge Elizabeth A. Starrs retired from the bench in 2020 and joined the Judicial Arbiter Group (JAG) in October 2020.
Former Boulder County District Court Judge Murray Richtel joined the professional staff of arbiters at JAG in 1996.
Former Chief Justice of the Colorado Supreme Court, Nancy Rice joined JAG in September, 2018.
Judge Charles M. Pratt joined JAG in 2019, after 14 years as a District Court Judge in the 18th Judicial District (Arapahoe, Douglas, Elbert & Lincoln Counties).
Former District Court Judge Cheryl Post joined the professional staff of arbiters at JAG in 2009, after serving more than fifteen years on Colorado’s 18th Judicial District Court (Arapahoe County).
Former Colorado Supreme Court Justice Bill Neighbors joined the staff of arbiters at JAG in 1986.
Former Denver District Court Judge Larry J. Naves joined the professional staff of arbiters at JAG in 2010.
Patrick Murphy has joined JAG after 11 years as a District Court Judge in the 17th Judicial District (Adams and Broomfield Counties) where he served as Chief Judge from 2013 to 2019.
Former Chief Judge of the 5th Judicial District, Judge Tom Moorhead joined the JAG staff of arbiters in December, 2013.
Former Denver District Court Judge Bill Meyer joined the JAG staff as an arbiter in 2000, and became the managing arbiter in 2011.
Former Indiana Superior Court Judge Susan L. Macey joined the professional staff of arbiters at JAG in 2008.
