On September 11, 2023 the NATIONAL DIRECTORATE OF ALTERNATIVE CONFLICT RESOLUTION of the Costa Rician MINISTRY OF JUSTICE and PEACE made Judge Bronfin a Certified Arbitrator for International Center for Conciliation and Arbitration of the Costa Rican American Chamber of Commerce (CICA-AMCHAM)
