On September 11, 2023 the NATIONAL DIRECTORATE OF ALTERNATIVE CONFLICT RESOLUTION of the Costa Rician MINISTRY OF JUSTICE and PEACE made Judge Bronfin a Certified Arbitrator for International Center for Conciliation and Arbitration of the Costa Rican American Chamber of Commerce (CICA-AMCHAM)

As the humanitarian crisis in Eastern Europe continues to unfold, the Judicial Arbiter Group will match judge and staff contributions up to $4000 a month to organizations supporting the Ukrainian relief effort.

The Judicial Arbiter Group celebrated with a Mini Art Retreat on August 27-28 at the ART Hotel Denver.

His election occurred in August 2021, by the vote of the membership of NADCP.

Carrigan, our colleague of 14 years, former US District Court Judge, Justice of the Colorado Supreme Court, Colorado State Court Administrator, Regent of the University of Colorado just to name a few of his many accomplishments passed away on August 15, 2014 at his home in Boulder after a series of strokes.
